An Interactive Tech-Art Exhibition
Dreamscrape is an independent new world created by the Super Equation team. The exhibition invites visitors to enter a multiverse full of miracles and fantasies with a unique ‘situational’ interactive experience. Visitors will wear energy bracelets to enter the plane gate in the multiverse, become the owner of divine power, and start a 3D three-dimensional wonderland adventure with the twelve elves.
Through 2 main exhibition areas and 7 themed experience spaces, visitors are invited to personally experience the most cutting-edge effects of the collision of art and technology, and use your power to protect this new world.

3 festivals in a single weekend on art and new technologies in Lugano in the Canton Ticino (Switzerland)
This year Lugano triples the offer of festivals linked to new technologies. After the experiences of past years, the time had come to provide some vertical content for the different communities and the different interests linked to the world of digital avant-garde.
On 14 and 15 June 2024 in Lugano there will be:
NFT fest: dedicated to Web3 communities, and to fans of NFTs in all its multifaceted forms;
TECH fest: focused on the world of start-ups, investors and the latest technological innovations;
WUF: acronym for “We Understand the Future”, a vertical format on new art forms linked to the latest technologies.

Can code save us? ‘this.generation’ explores the intersection of art, technology, and ecological solutions
A few years ago, at an arts centre located along San Francisco’s seafront, I came across a fascinating café-bar that was a museum, library, and home to a foundation established to “creatively foster long-term thinking and responsibility in the framework of the next 10,000 years”. Literature and ideas intersected with engineering at this eclectic hangout: a clock designed to last 10,000 years vied for ingenuity with the “Manual for Civilization”—a “crowd-curated” collection of books considered essential to the rebuilding of civilisation by their donors. The place evoked both awe and anxiety about the end creeping closer.
this.generation, an ongoing exhibition (December 2, 2023, to March 31, 2024) at Goa’s Sunaparanta Centre for the Arts, stirs similar feelings. An expansive and seemingly divergent exhibition of code-based practices where generative art inspired by and born of algorithms and technology meets traditional solutions for saving our planet, it reflects the times that we live in.
Artificial Intelligence
A Creator (Me) Made a Masterpiece With A.I.
I’ve got 99 problems with A.I., but intellectual property ain’t one.
Media and entertainment industries have lately been consumed with questions about how content generated by artificial intelligence systems should be considered under intellectual property law. Last week, a federal judge ruled against an attempt to copyright art produced by a machine. In July, another federal judge suggested in a hearing that he would most likely dismiss a copyright infringement lawsuit brought by artists against several artificial intelligence art generators. How A.I. might alter the economics of the movie and TV business has become one of the primary issues in the strike by writers and actors in Hollywood. And major news companies — including The Times — are weighing steps to guard the intellectual property that flows from their journalism.
